This website describes RingZero, accepts company access requests, and offers a product-updates waitlist. This policy describes the data collected through this site and how we use it.

What we collect

• Waitlist email address. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit.
• Access-request details. If you request access, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, and the role or job title you optionally provide.
• Anonymous usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. It gives us aggregate page-view and interaction counts, not personal profiles.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

Your waitlist email is used for one purpose: to notify you about RingZero product updates and availability. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.

We use access-request details to evaluate company access requests and contact you about your request and account setup. Submitting an access request does not automatically add your email to the product-updates waitlist.

Where it lives

Waitlist emails and access-request details are stored with Supabase (our database provider). The site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the analytics described above. Both act as data processors on our behalf.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist email or access-request details at any time — write to legal@ringzero.tech and we will remove it. Unsubscribe instructions will also be included in any email we send.

Changes

If our data practices change — for example when the product launches — we will update this page and revise the date above.
